About the Role This is a full-time Support Worker position working within a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week service. You will be working night shifts which w ill be 12 hours. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping the people we support achieve their goals and enjoy the best possible quality of life. • Providing compassionate, person-centred support while promoting dignity, choice and respect • Supporting individuals with personal care and daily living activities • Assisting with meal preparation and encouraging healthy lifestyles • Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable home environment • Helping individuals develop independence and essential life skills • Supporting access to education, leisure and community activities • Following support plans, positive behaviour support strategies and risk assessments • Administering medication following training and competency assessments • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to effective handovers • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals What We're Looking for...
