How long does my job listing stay live?
All listings — both standard and promoted — are live for 28 days. After that, you can renew if the role is still open. You'll receive a notification before your listing expires.
What is the difference between standard and promoted?
A standard listing (£75 + VAT) appears in the main job board in date order alongside other listings. A promoted listing (£150 + VAT) is pinned to the top of all search results, highlighted in gold, and carries a Featured badge — giving you maximum visibility for the full 28 days.
Can I direct applicants to my own website or email?
Yes. When creating your job post you can choose to receive applications through the Midnight Careers dashboard, redirect candidates to an external URL (your careers page), or provide a mailto link. The choice is yours.
Do I need to commit to a subscription or contract?
No. There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no minimum spend. You pay per listing — £75 + VAT for standard, £150 + VAT for promoted — only when you choose to post.
