This Machine Operative role is ideal for someone who is already accustomed to working nights and is looking for a stable, long-term career rather than a short-term opportunity. As a Machine Operative, you'll complete a comprehensive training programme, learning specialist manufacturing techniques, operating machinery, supporting production processes, and working alongside an experienced team. Because of the investment involved in your training, we're specifically looking for applicants who know night shift suits their lifestyle and are committed to remaining on permanent nights. This Machine Operative position is not suitable for someone wanting to "try" nights to see if they enjoy it. We need someone who already understands the demands of night working and is confident they're ready to build a long-term career on this shift.
