We’re looking for reliable Mixing Operatives to join our team and help us keep things moving while the world sleeps! Contracted hours: 40 hours – Full Time Working Hours: 3am - 11am (overtime is optionable) Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Location: Milton Keynes Pay: £14.30 per hour Our people tell us you will be a great addition to the team if you can… • Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently, following all standard operating procedures. • Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to specifications and production schedules. • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls (HACCP, GMP, BRCGS). • Keep the mixing area clean, organised, and audit-ready at all times.
