Night Care Assistant Care and Support - Glencorse Care Home Contract: Full Time , Part- Time, Bank Salary: £13.60 Per Hour Shift Type: Nights Contracted hours: Full Time, Part Time , Bank Glencorse Care Home is a purpose built care home located in Penicuik, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 54 residents. With a strong focus on teamwork and high standards of care, the home offers a supportive environment where staff can develop their skills and make a meaningful difference every day. Care Assistant Contract • £13.60 per hour • Full time, part time and bank contracts available • Nightshift available • Paid PVG pension, uniform provided • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
