Night Care Assistant Care and Support - Earlsferry House Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £13.45 Shift type: Nights Contracted hours: Full Time or Part Time Earlsferry House Care Home is a charming, converted period home set beside the beach in the coastal town of Elie, Fife, with stunning views across Elie Bay. The home provides Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 26 residents in a warm and welcoming environment, where its smaller, close knit setting allows you to build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day as part of a supportive team. Care Assistant – Nightshift • £13.45 per hour • Full time and part time contracts available • Night shift • Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided, Onsite parking • 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract Role Overview As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in a close knit team, supporting residents with their daily routines while promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and social engagement, ensuring residents feel safe, respected and valued. You will follow individual care plans, observe and report any changes in residents’ health and wellbeing, and work closely with colleagues to deliver person centred care. Your role will focus on creating a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where residents can feel comfortable and at home. This role is suitable for both experienced Care Assistants and those new to care, with full training and support provided.
