Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? ADM in Stafford is looking for motivated individuals to join our team on our night shift. What You'll Do: • Operate state-of-the-art processing and packing equipment with advanced manufacturing recipe management systems. • Inspect and maintain safety standards (LOTO) and quality parameters (HACCP/GMP). • Execute safe start-up and shutdown procedures for equipment. • Prepare essential production documents, including manufacturing records, quality logs, and productivity reports. • Perform Autonomous Maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspection, and adhering to prescribed standards. • Maintain equipment performance by understanding its structure and functions, while identifying and resolving abnormalities • Collaborate with a team or work independently to solve problems using Continuous Improvement tools like RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and the 5 Whys method. • Ensure full compliance with Company Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
