Night Care Assistant Care and Support - Alderbrook Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £12.21 Per Hour Shift Type: Nights Contracted hours: Full Time and Part Time Alderbrook Care Home, located in Leeds, is a modern, purpose-built care home providing high-quality care for 40 residents with complex physical and mental health needs. We are looking for kind, compassionate, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting residents with personal care, daily routines, and overall wellbeing, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and homely environment. What We Offer • £12.21 per hour • Flexible contracted hours (11–44 per week) • Paid DBS check • Free uniform • Company pension scheme • Free onsite parking • 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata) What You Will Do As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with personal care and day-to-day activities, always encouraging independence where possible. You will follow individual care plans, observe and report any changes in residents’ health, assist at mealtimes, and provide companionship. Your role will help create a warm, safe, and dignified living environment where residents feel valued and respected.
